1. Asthma or other breathing conditions.  While you may get great benefits from the sauna please consult your doctor as you do not want to have an asthma attack while using your sauna.

2. Heart disease the nature of using a sauna increases your blood circulation and using a sauna can cause cardiac risks.

3. Pregnancy, just like when you are flying or going on the scariest rides at your favorite amusement park it's best to consult your doctor before using a sauna.

4. Epilepsy

5. Very high or very low blood pressure.

6. Being under the influence of alcohol.   It is recommended that you are fully hydrated before using a sauna and alcohol causes you to be dehydrated.
